Open Language Network, OLAN, was established in 2024 by academics working in the field of language in order to bring together academics who continue their research in the field of language as an international platform, to strengthen their cooperation, and to share studies and activities carried out on an international scale with researchers.

The main sponsor of the online and face-to-face events of OLAN, which is not affiliated with any institution, organisation or NGO, and whose primary goal is to give researchers the opportunity to express themselves freely, is Daum Expert, which works in the field of education and educational organisations.

Open Language Network is always open to the support and co-operation of universities and university language laboratories.

Cooperation with other institutions and organisations can be provided with the decision of the board of directors after the approval of the scientific board.
